Chemical anchoring systemsCandorr 2150S is a two-component epoxy acrylate based resin supplied in cartridges. It’s used for anchoring installation for new construction where steel bar or bolts are not pre-embedded, reconstruction of old building, column expanding, etc.• Candorr SR500 Pure Epoxy 3:1 resin is a high performance, two components pure epoxy resin system. Applied in one single action this resin will produce a high performance, strong fixing with exceptionally high chemical resistance. • Candorr chemical anchoring capsule is a epoxy acrylate based resin supplied in capsules. It has high pull strength and can penetrate all types of substrates such as concrete, rock, ALC etc.• Candorr chemical anchor bolt (threaded galvanise). These bolts are used along with Candorr 2150S or Candorr capsule. It is used for foundation and can be used for many different applications large and small. It comes with standard nut and washer.
Steel anchoring systems It is Candorr’s high performing range of steel mechanical expansion and screw anchors. It is designed for simple, effective and reliable use and can penetrate into general masonry substrates and is suitable for anchoring heavy duty racking, steel fabrications, etc. The products in this range are as follows:• Candorr mechanical anchor fastener, also available in MSS, is suitable to use in concrete to medium to heavy load. These anchors are inserted into a predrilled hole and then expanded, causing them to wedge securely in the concrete. It is economical for wide range of fastening application and suits for pipe suspension, foundation work, etc.• Candorr drop-in anchor fasteners are female concrete anchors designed for anchoring into concrete. It is suitable for solid brick, light concrete, hollow core concrete chambers and timber.• Candorr pin type anchor fastener is fast and easy to use. These are placed into the hole drilled into concrete, once the anchor is placed a ‘Pin’ or nail is hammered into the anchor expanding the anchor wedging itself into the concrete.• Candorr self drilling screw have a hardened drill point that will drill and thread in structural steel and mild steel. These drill points are designed in a manner very similar to a high speed drill bit.
Nylon anchoring systemsCandorr nylon anchor fastener is made from virgin nylon to withstand high impact or loads; these are durable and well designed for holding items firmly on the wall. Its good tensile strength makes it unusually resistant to vibration loads.
