Apollo Carmix self loading model 25 FX is a 2.5 cubic metre per batch capacity machine. Due to bigger size of the drum capacity, more production is possible in lesser time. Apollo Carmix self loading model 25 FX is having bigger capacity of drum, therefore massive mixing will be possible in a single batch, Patel informs. The self loading machine is fitted with bigger size of loader shovels; this bigger size of the shovel allows loading bulk quantity of raw material at a time. Hence, it reduces cycle time and allows producing more batches in a day. The self loading machine is fitted with hydraulic shutter gate in the loader shovel. The hydraulic shutter gate prevents material spillage from back side of the shovel while loading and correct measured material will go inside the drum to make quality concrete. The company’s self loading machine is having bigger size of water tank (550 litres) with high pressure water pump (320 litres per min). Bigger capacity water tank allows storing huge volume of water to produce multiple batches without refilling and for machine cleaning purpose. The machine also has bigger capacity of diesel tank (100 litres). Bigger capacity of diesel tank allows the machine to run or operate full day without wasting time for refilling.
Self Loading machine has faster road speed (24 km per hour.) Faster road speed ensures faster reach and can effectively travel at much higher speed to reach from one place to another. The machine has better ground clearance (340 mm). High ground clearance allows these vehicles to travel smoothly on rough or off roads with a reduced possibility of the vehicle sticking or the undercarriage being damaged by rough surfaces.

Application areas of self loading machine
Most construction sites cannot access the service of batching plants; therefore, self loading concrete mixers can be used. These machines are designed to measure the required amount of cement, sand and aggregate; load this to the drum, mix and unload ready concrete. It can be used in industrial application like foundation, structure and flooring, canal application, concrete road application, solar and wind mill foundation, railway lining project, boundary wall.

The process greatly simplifies the concrete work operation and eliminates labour intensive and costly loading and unloading processes. “The machine is able to pick the required amount and this ensures right quantity as opposed to filling the drum manually. By utilising advanced steering mechanism such as skid steer, the truck can turn through a small space and hence easily manoeuvrable.
