EPACK PREFAB, recently announced the completion of 10 million square feet of industrial and warehousing structures. This accomplishment, which can be traced back to EPACK’s initial warehouse construction order obtained in 2019, is a crucial turning point in their journey. These ₹700 crore rupee orders highlight the country’s industrial warehousing market’s potential and the business’ delivery capabilities.

The majority of storage construction is happening in southern India. The business noticed a significant increase in demand from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra, driven by cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai. Projects awarded by businesses like Coca-Cola, JK Tyre, GAIL, Dalmia Cement, Century Panel, etc. were successfully completed by the organisation. The e-commerce and retail sector has been steadily expanding, particularly in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Pre-engineered structures are being used by businesses to meet demand since the streamlined construction process reduces construction time by up to 50 percent when compared to conventional methods.

Between FY 2021-22 and FY 2022- 23, EPACK’s order book experienced a stunning 100 percent rise. The business estimates that it will close its order book for FY 23–24 at an even larger ₹1400cr. The company expects to add 43 percent more orders from the industrial and warehousing industry over the course of the next 12 months.

The corporation is deliberately expanding its production plant in Andhra Pradesh in order to satisfy the spike in demand, particularly from southern areas. With a total yearly production capacity of 100,000 metric tonnes of pre-engineered building material, EPACK PREFAB now runs two manufacturing plants in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. This capacity will roughly treble to an astonishing 1.87 lakh metric tonnes with the addition of the new facility
