EPACK Prefab is a light of vision and innovation in the ever-changing industrial and warehouse building field. EPACK Prefab, with an unrelenting dedication to excellence, has not only crossed the 700-crore mark in industrial and warehouse projects but is also preparing for a 1400-crore order book in the coming fiscal year.
EPACK Prefab, a pre-engineered structure manufacturer based in Noida, presence across India has achieved a remarkable milestone in the past year. The company secured industrial and warehouse construction projects of substantial magnitude, making it the highest-ever achievement in a twelve-month period for EPACK Prefab. These noteworthy projects were awarded by prominent companies like Ascendas, NDR Warehousing, TCI, Coca-Cola, JK Tyre, GAIL, Safe Express, Dalmia Cement, Haier,Pidilite, and others.
Over the past year, EPACK Prefab has successfully completed construction projects encompassing more than 9.85 million square feet of industrial and warehouse spaces, all utilising pre- engineered structures. These projects have a combined total value of Rs 700 crores. Looking ahead, the company anticipates a substantial 43% increase in order bookings from the industrial and warehousing sector over the next twelve months.
Sanjay Singhania, the Managing Director of EPACK Prefab, commented on this achievement: “The implementation of GST, along with the ‘Make in India’ initiative and the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes, has not only boosted manufacturing in the country but also fueled the demand for storage and industrial buildings. This surge in demand has led to the expansion of the warehousing sector, attracting both established players and local landowners. With the continued growth of the e-commerce industry and favorable policies supporting land acquisition, India’s warehousing and manufacturing sectors are poised for further growth and development in the coming years.”
Pre-engineered construction demand has increased significantly in southern states, particularly in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra. Significant cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai have led this rise. Singhania added, “As companies invest in new factory setup and warehousing to expand their reach and geographical footprint, pre-engineered buildings offer a key differentiator. The streamlined construction process saves up to 50% of the time required compared to traditional methods while ensuring buildings are customised to individual requirements. With faster construction times and reduced costs, businesses can swiftly capitalise on market opportunities and optimise their operations.”
EPACK Prefab is strategically enlarging its manufacturing facilities in Andhra Pradesh to satisfy the rising demand. With a combined yearly production capacity of 100,000 metric tonnes of pre-engineered building materials, the company runs operations out of two manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. With the addition of the new facility, this capacity is anticipated to almost double, rising to an astonishing 1.87 lakh metric tonnes.
