EPACK Prefab plans to build a 151,000-square-foot manufacturing structure in Andhra Pradesh in 150 hours, exhibiting modern PEB technology and sustainable, high-quality construction, beginning November 20th.
EPACK Prefab, India’s pre-engineered building (PEB) manufacturer, has revealed an ambitious goal to build India’s fastest manufacturing structure in 150 hours utilising superior prefabrication and PEB technology. The project is set to begin on November 20th in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh.
With a total area of 151,000 square feet, the project will rely on EPACK Prefab’s revolutionary PEB technology and precise planning to complete each building step on schedule. EPACK Prefab intends to emphasise the potential of prefabricated structures to solve India’s pressing infrastructure needs while maintaining quality, durability, and environmental norms.
Commenting on this endeavour, Sanjay Singhania, Managing Director of EPACK Prefab, says, “At EPACK Prefab, we believe in setting industry benchmarks through innovative construction methods. This 150-hour challenge exemplifies our vision of agile, sustainable, and high-quality building solutions. Our team has meticulously planned each step to ensure precision at every stage, and we are excited to showcase the speed, efficiency, and resilience that PEB technology can bring to the Indian construction industry.”
The 150-hour project is broken down into three sections. In the first phase, the core structure will be built with prefabricated components to provide a sturdy base for vertical extension. The second phase will involve finishing the roofing and constructing a strong casing for the building. The third phase will concentrate on cladding, interior finishing, and other detailing, resulting in a fully operational structure within the 150-hour time frame.
