SHINRAI means “capability and reliability” in Japanese, and we have designed this series to embody those traits. The SHINRAI series boasts best-in-class components from the engine to the transmission and axles. Although Tata Hitachi is primarily known for excavators, we have applied the same rigorous design and reliability standards to our backhoe loaders. We collaborated extensively with Hitachi Construction Machinery during the design phase and conducted extensive testing against our competitors at our factory and job sites. The SHINRAI series stands out in terms of fuel efficiency. Our machines consume anywhere from half a Liter to a full Liter less diesel per hour compared to competing models, significantly reducing operational costs. We have optimised these factors while designing this machine, and we believe it provides substantial advantages to our customers.

Could you explain the key advantages of the TL 340H and ZW 225 in terms of performance and long-term value for heavy-duty operations?
The TL 340H is unique as it is the only hydrostatic wheel loader designed and manufactured in India. All other hydrostatic loaders are imported. The TL 340H’s advantage lies in its world-class components, including the engine, pumps, motors, and axles, which have been rigorously tested. Compared to conventional loaders, the hydrostatic design enables substantial fuel savings of up to 15-20 percent in applications like coal handling and quarry operations.

The ZW 225 is an evolution of the renowned ZW 220, which has been a reliable performer in India for close to two decades.
