Foam suppression systems to limit fire damage
.

Foam suppression systems: Foam suppression systems are designed to limit fire damage in many challenging and high risk applications such as warehouses, production areas, oil and chemical processing facilities and chemical plants.

Foam system components:
• Foam bladder tank
• Proportioning device
• Foam concentrate
• Discharge device – compatible, tested and approved with specific foam concentrates in accordance with FM51 30 and UL162

Features:
• Assured functionality and performance due to extensive system testing.
• Compliant with NFPA 11 and FM global data sheet 4-12.
• Bladder tanks with 16 bar rating for high pressure systems.
• EN 13445 or ASME bladder tank design codes with CE marking.
• Nickel aluminium bronze devices for superior corrosion protection.
• Wide range of foam and discharge devices with extensive fields of use.
• Part of a complete foam system package from one trusted source.

System components:
• Foam bladder tanks: 25 – 4,000 USG vertical, 50 – 5,250 USG horizontal, 12 bar and 16 bar versions.
• Proportioning devices: 2” to 8” ratio controller, 3”to 8” ILBP.
• Foam concentrates: AFFF 1 per cent S C6, AFFF 3 per cent S C6, ARC 3X3S C6.
• Discharge devices: Foam-water sprinkler, aircraft hangar grate nozzle, foam chambers foam makers.

Preaction Sprinkler: Preaction Sprinkler DS21 is for dry and wet pipe systems. The preaction sprinkler unit consists of housing with two separate sprinkler heads. Before water is released, both sprinkler heads in the unit must be triggered. If only one sprinkler head is triggered, an acoustic or visual alarm signal is generated at the monitoring panel. This allows the operator to respond quickly and repair the damaged sprinkler head, avoiding the risk of water damage.
