After a dull situation for the past couple of years, now the Indian crushing industry seems to be picking up because of all the infrastructure investment which is happening in the industry.
Propel Industries, a part of 50-year old engineering major AV Group, is one of the leading rock and mineral processing equipment manufacturers. Its AVJ series single toggle jaw crushers designed for trouble-free operation in heavy and continuous applications with latest technical and manufacturing knowhow.
Propel AVJ series single toggle Jaw Crusher offers the maximum possible fatigue strength and best reliability with various mounting possibilities. The fully welded sturdy construction, combined with high graded cast steel components, large spherical roller bearings and forged steel special alloy shaft gives high crusher availability, efficient crushing resulting in lowering the production cost per tonne.
Propel series Jaw Crushers range from smaller to large size, specially designed for the most demanding crushing applications.
Propel Vertical Shaft Impactor is an improved version of ‘Rock on Rock’ configuration. The VSI is developed at Propel’s R&D department with various inputs available from aggregate producers. Propel VSI produces shaping conforming to Ministry of Surface Transport (MORTH) Standards.
The high velocity impact crusher in Propel VSI enhances the shape of the aggregate or stone, reduces the product moisture, resulting in superior shaped products at lower operating cost.
Propel VSI is suitable for all type of materials, waste and recycling applications. This is achieved through unique combination of speed and crushing action.
According to V. Senthil Kumar, Managing Director, Propel Industries, “Propel VSI rock-on rock crushers have an established track record of cost savings, durability and unmatched performance in the variety of tasks to which they have been applied. These include the production of quality aggregates and sand.”
In a quick interaction with B2B Purchase, Senthil Kumar talks about the future of Indian crushing and screening industry highlighting Propel’s innovations. Edited excerpts:
