Power rectifiers: We manufacture a wide range of rectifiers suitable for electroplating, anodizing, etching, stripping, hydrogenation, metal refining/recovery and other electrochemical processes. We use Linear Rolling Contact Type Regulators in our rectifiers.
 
Special features: The rectifiers are wound with electrolytic prime grade copper strip to minimize power losses. They are equipped with Vertical Rolling Contact Type on load voltage regulators which are /- type wound with heavy section of copper strip and fitted with carbon rollers. The copper section is 3 times than that in conventional dimmer/thyristor control rectifiers & hence, losses are less than 20 per cent compared to the latter. Silicon diodes are tested in-house and are fitted with suitable heat sink and hole storage resistors and capacitors.
 
Isolation transformers: Ultra Isolation Transformers have been generally observed that after installing the AVC those customers who have installed the sophisticated machinery/computerized system are still facing some problem in failure of the electronic cards. It is therefore suggested to install Jindal’s Isolation Transformers with Automatic Voltage Controller and we are manufacturing Isolation Transformers from 10KVA to 1000KVA.
 
Industrial transformers: Jindal’s Natural Oil Cooled, Copper Wound industrial transformers and step up or step Down Transformers suitable for indoor/outdoor use at a max. amb .temp. of 45°c.
 
Electrical transformers: Our range of special purpose electrical transformers are used for different industrial purposes. The range comprises the following: Balancing transformers for dual seam welding machines. Two phase variable supply suitable for glass furnace or any other furnace.
