High configuration and advanced technology
LiuGong Motor Grader 414 BSIII is equipped with Cummins India 6BTAA6.9 engine with rated power of 112 KW. Ideally suited for the Indian market, the CLG414 meets India’s BSIII emission standard. Featuring 6WG200 ZF transmission, the CLG414 offers high traction force with reliability. The power shift transmission has six forward and three reverse gears. The heavy-duty multi-axle has a standard automatic differential lock that engages and disengages as required.

LiuGong manufactures 2, 3, 5 tonne wheel loaders in Pithampur plant. The mini loader CLG 818C BSIII is a recent addition in the LiuGong India wheel loader product line that fills the gap between the backhoe and 3-tonne segment, the machine is equipped with Kirloskar 4R1040TC engine with rated power of 56kw. LiuGong 3-tonne 835 and 836 machines are equipped with Cummins and Deutz Weichai Engine with gross power of 97 kw and 92 kw.

The machine’s low life cycle cost is assured by optimum matching of engine and drive train. LiuGong offers range of products for customers to choose for their application. 5-tonne model 856 is equipped with Cummins engine or Mahindra engine.

Spacious, comfortable operator station
LiuGong machine features ROPS or FOPS cabin with large area cab glass allowing the operator clear vision of sight to the working environment. Safe and easy entry to cab is possible from both sides via full height access doors. The forward extended rearview mirror, matched with the rearview mirror in the cab, offers the operator a less obstructed view of the worksite. The operator can observe the condition at the right side of the machine clearly without turning around.

Tougher structural components and high reliability
The streamlined engine hood design is in accordance with the aerodynamics. Dual access in engine hood provides large maintenance space and the mesh holes on the doors greatly helps cooling, which meets the requirement for working at high temperature.
