After action-packed 2018, MB Crusher India looks forward to growing tremendously in 2019. The company displayed a host of offerings at the recently-held bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2018.

New offerings
“We are showcasing our range of products in addition to giving a live demo with BF90.3 crusher bucket. On display a BF90.3 crusher bucket is a jaw crusher applicable in an excavator of 21-tonne range and more; a BF70.2 also suitable for excavators from 14-tonne class range and above; a MB-S18 screening bucket,” says Piero Guizzetti, CEO, MB India.

The company launched MB drum cutter line this year in India. With many units already at work garnering success in India.

“We also have on display a MB-L160 also a jaw bucket crusher suitable for backhoe loaders between 7 to 10 tonnes and skid loaders starting from 4.50 tonne. With the width of MB Crusher product portfolio we are able to cater to any tonne or weight and brand of excavator, skid and backhoe loader,” he said.

2018 – best so far
“We are showcasing demo exercise at the event to show the practicality of the units, since, our units are very visual. Applications are numerous, road construction was the most promising segment for us, but the unit versatility are finding great application in mining and quarrying segment.” said Guizzetti. Besides, the company also works in areas like railway sector, demolition, irrigation, anything that has to go in pipeline, canals and waste management.

People look at advantages, main value and benefits and the mobility of our bucket crusher. They can move along with the works, without the need to move the material from the site to the landfill, waste becomes a productive resource on site: to fill new foundations, trenching excavations, road surfacing, or in gardens as decoration elements. And if it does not find opportunities to be used on the same site, it is a commercial asset: it can be sold to other companies.

He adds, “Portability of bucket crushers is highly valuable.”

Mining and construction in 2019
For 2019, MB Crusher India looks forward to continuous growth. Additionally, in some places, especially remote areas,there is generated diesel consumption. So, the company offers technology that aids in saving these kinds of costs wherever possible.
