LPS offers over 8,000 kind of fasteners with diameter ranging from 3mm to 42 mm and in grades of 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, 45H, R, S, T, V, grade 5, grade 8 etc. High-grade alloy steel goes into LPS high tensile precision fasteners for fatigue resistance and closer tolerance levels. Besides cold forging, thread rolling, heat treating, extruding, LPS has capabilities of sophisticated physical, mechanical and chemical testing. All manufacturing facilities at LPS are supported with an online quality assurance system employing statistical process control. Each fastener lot is marked with code number for traceability of its origin to the steel mill.
