Metaforge Engineering is one of the leading producers of cold forged parts. The company has over 20 cold heading machines from 2 mm diameter to 25 mm diameter and length up to 300 mm. Metaforge offers chipless, cost effective solutions to various industries which includes clevis pins, ball pins, grooved pins, knurled pins, fulcrum pins, anchor pins, tappets, step rivets, eye bolts, connectors, adaptors, socket pins, studs, weld studs, rivets, bolts, cam bolts, banjo bolts, flange screws, special fasteners, machined parts, shafts, moulding inserts, adjusters, mounting bolts, wire parts, brake rods, tie rods, automobile fasteners, shear connectors, pressed bolts and U Bolts.

Metaforge it manufactures around 4,000 tonnes per annum. The facility includes many thread rolling machines, grinding machines, CNC machines, press machines and heat treatment. As per company claims, it offers cost effective solutions to its customers to maintain the cost for their tailor-made products. The materials used are SAE 1008, SAE 1010, SAE 1015, SAE 1018, SAE 1541, 10B21, 15B25, 15B41, SAW 4140, SAE 4135, SAE 8620, 16MnCr5, Aluminium, Brass, Copper and SCM 435.

Global presence
Though export market is very competitive, Metaforge started increasing its global presence. Now company is exporting to UK, Germany, France, Taiwan, Kuwait, USA and Japan. Company is having strong team for marketing, development and other areas under guidance of two brothers Prajakt Mehta and Kaustubh Mehta.

Recognition
Metaforge achieved National ACMA award for Technolgy Excellence, Kaizen. It also bagged Gold award for quality and TPM award from Bajaj Auto Ltd.

Expansion plan
Metaforge have ambitious plan to expand its activities. The company is targeting more than 15,000 tonnes per annum by 2025 with diversified business of hot forming alongwith cold forming and with world-class machining shop. It is also targeting export of around 30 per cent in next 5 years.
