The panel agreed on the necessity of industry-academia collaboration, as seen in initiatives like the Center of Excellence, to bridge gaps between theoretical research and practical applications. The consensus was clear: smart technologies are crucial for accelerating construction and ensuring durability, paving the way for a sustainable future in the construction industry.
