ONADEK: Flexible and recoverable modular formwork

The ONADEK system of high-performance slab formwork is intended for use in the construction industry, particularly in multi-story commercial and parking structures where the use of flat slabs is unavoidable
Perfect for constructing any slab, even those with intricate geometries like drop beams, columns, or shearing
Some of the advantages and benefits of ONADEK formwork are as follows:
Time Saved:
As a lightweight modular system, assembly is systematic and intuitive, minimising the possibility of error. The early striking of the main structure is made possible thanks to the ONADEK drop-head system, which allows the equipment to be recovered after three days to be used on the next level.
Improved Safety:
Components quickly move by hand, allowing for a hang-and-raise assembly from the bottom up. This, together with drop-heads, makes the stripping process safe, and an open and clean ground area puts this system at the forefront of safety.
High Durability:
Robust components in high-strength galvanised steel paired with the ability to dismantle systematically without components falling to the ground make this system long-lasting with a low replacement rate.
Cost Efficient:
Less equipment needed, lower delivery costs, lower labour costs and less damage with lower maintenance costs make the ONADEK a leader in cost-effective shoring systems.
Modular System:
As a modular system, it has a quick and basic training process. It has lightweight components that can be easily hung and raised by only one worker. It is designed to minimise the possibility of assembly mistakes.
Flexible systems:
Adaptable to any kind of geometry, solutions for starts and all kinds of infillings (columns, walls, hang beams, capitals). It is possible to overlap lying timber beams. It can support slab thicknesses ranging from 50 mm to 650 mm (depending on the floor-to-floor height).
PATENTED: Innovative overlapping metallic beams.
High-Speed Assembly & Dismantling:
Most formwork can be dismantled and reused on the third day, leaving the drop-head and its prop as the remaining system components. Easy and safe stripping due to the drop-head system, which drops the deck by 120mm without letting it fall to the ground.
Minimum equipment required executing the same area:
Up to 50percent savings on equipment compared to a traditional timber beam system, thanks to early striking and plywood. Due to less demand for the transfer of packages on site, the crane has more time to devote to other tasks.
Savings in Delivery & Warehousing Cost:
Less equipment needed onsite means less equipment per truck, so savings on delivery. Components are rectangular hollow-section tubes, occupying much less storage space.
Less damages and low maintenance:
Robust components in high-strength galvanised steel, protected against the damage of impact. There is less damage to plywood thanks to a system protecting edges and no need for nailing. Also, the primary grid measures the same as full-size plywood, so there is no need to cut the plywood. It avoids extra replacement costs for scrap timber beams compared to traditional timber beam systems.
