Long pine wood fibres i.e. wood wool (excelsior) is mineralised with magnesite and an inorganic Salt, laid into dyes and hydraulically compressed into panels.

Fibrecrete wood wool panels are ideally used for thermal as well as acoustic insulation in false ceiling, wall panelling, roofing, partitions, permanent shuttering and under flooring.

Its porous inner structure effectuates an effective sound absorption. ‘Fibrecrete’ wood wool insulation boards are best suited for regulation of reverberation.

Rooms fitted with Fibrecrete in walls, ceilings and floors, can resist heat keeping the room cooler in summer and warmer in winter in the inside, thus reducing cost of air-conditioning or heating plant and reducing cost of power as well as plant maintenance; at the same time, increase personal comfort and higher work efficiency by elimination of undesirable noise.

The raw materials wood and magnesite effect, gives a natural off-white colour to ‘Fibrecrete’. Fibrecrete can be spray painted in desired colour, plastered, can be pasted with Fabrics for better aesthetics, can be easily cut, screw, nailed at site.

Fibrecrete Panels are of regular porous structure, breathable panels, highly fire resistant, not brittle and doesn’t get affected by fungus, termites or insects. Fibrecrete panels are eco-friendly, durable and contains no toxic binders, resins, no asbestos or formaldehyde and are naturally degradable in a landfill.
