RSB to set up plant in Sri City, invests Rs. 60 cr

Pune-based RSB Group inked a pact with Andhra Pradesh government to set up a state-of-the-art facility at Sri City at an investment of ` 60 crore.
The upcoming facility will manufacture latest generation of propeller shaft to cater to Isuzu Motors and other global OEMs like Ashok Leyland and Daimler. RSB has an on-going collaboration with Eugen Klein GmbH, Germany and Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co. Ltd. (JBK), Japan, for manufacture of technologically advanced propeller shaft.
AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was present during the occasion.
SK Behera, Vice Chairman & MD, RSB Group, speaking on the occasion, said, “RSB is a market leader in propeller shaft in catering to leading OEMs and this pact will further boost RSB’s market share catering to CV/SUV/LCV segments.” He further added, RSB is a Deming Company, quality norms are very stringent and meets uncompromising global standards.
