Aluminium ready to use drawn profile rods
 
TAN-V-TECH ALUMINIUM, Ahmedabad based company manufacturing aluminium drawn tube / rods / profiles /sections/ profile rods/geometrical shapes/ liner motion sections in close precision tolerance.  The company has latest tube/section drawing technology at plant and has developed special tools for economy of production. The company has recently doubled its production capacity.
 
The company is supplying drawn aluminium profile rods to float pin manufacturers. (for carbeuretor) in India. As company is supplying drawn sections, tolerance are as close as 0 .02 on both O.D and profile groove/guide etc., which not only reduces the weight of section compare to extruded sections but gives superior finish also.
 
By using our product many customers has reduced their machining time and scrap also. We can supply these sections in excellent finish. These sections are supplied with close tolerance and have no eccentricity and ovality as per specification of application.
 
Our production range is from 1.0 m.m. O.D.to 340.00 m.m. O.D. and thickness ranging from .10 to 17.00. m.m. company can develop special sizes/profiles for above application., according to drawing and critical requirement, so that proper cutting, chamfering, threading, and punching can be done. (Company can supply typical shapes tubes / sections in small cut length also).
 
This section has property of hardness in the groove for long life of groove. Company can supply aluminium drawn tubes/sections/profile rods/typical sections  in different alloy as per critical application. (Like 1050, 1070, 1100 f, 2012, 3100,3103,5052,6061.6063, 6351, 6082 etc.)
 
Also note that company has developed special profiles and if required special profiles in rods/ tubes can be developed.
