Metal finishing range chemicals

Most processes are cold mixing at room temperature which is made without use of power and all ionic blending processes are user friendly products which are safe to workmen. Power required for some products is less than 1 HP for high speed stirrer. RoHS compliant product’s reaction time is 30 to 60 minutes max. All raw materials are available locally; all are basic chemicals of commercial grade. No complicated reactions. One can work with very raw and unskilled labour. It is water based non flammable products which is 200 sq. Ft and above. Profit margins are between 40 to 60 per cent.

Investment in trading business

Most reasonable initial investments up to Rs 40,000 to 50,000 for a manufacturing start-up and up to Rs 25,000 for start up trading business. Initial investments are product dependant.
