SyGuru manufactures Ecoventilators from a belly diameter ranging from 300mm (12″) to 1060 mm (42″). For Industrial applications SyGuru designed Model EV 28 and EV 31 which became industry standard. 
These models are available with ‘+’ added to their model like EV 28+ design. This latest Technology swirls the uprising convective hot air currents clockwise to impart rotational force on turbo vanes. The inlet guide vanes enhance the evacuation capacity by about 15 per cent compared to the conventional design available in the market.
Another remarkable development is the performance enhancing improved base plate profile which aids the evacuation of hot atmosphere underneath the shed. The improvised design with a monolithic molded profiled base having integrated venturi made of UV stabilized FRP with matching profile of client’s existing roof sheet.
The Translucent UV stabilised FRP base with large venturi gives double benefits. Besides exhausting the heat it also gives day light through the translucent FRP base which helps reduce the lighting load during day times. ECOVENTILATORS are eco friendly, zero power consuming turbo vaned to evacuate hot gases and fumes from the enclosed area and make the working better for workmen and lower the temperatures (4 – 5° C) by inducing more air changes in the area. Lower temperatures not only adds to the comfort of working staff but also improves the efficiency of most of the operating machines like compressors, condensers etc.
ECOVENTILATORS are environmental friendly and also conserve the electric energy. They also substitute the conventional energy in ventilation applications and replace exhaust fans to ventilate sheds thereby even earns carbon credits for the user organisation.
ECOVENTILATOR is a revolutionary conceptual product which exhausts the hot gases from an enclosed area without using any electric power.  It has no operating cost and gives excellent ventilation performance making the work areas like boiler/furnace/oven sheds, curing and drying areas, casting and moulding sheds, workshops, process area utility sheds, DG sheds, compressor houses, power house and packaging area, go-downs etc. more cooler and comfortable to work in.

A very important added advantage accomplished by the fall in temperature (which is induced by the enhanced cycles of air changes) is the improvement in the performance of the volumetric compression machines like air compressors, DG sets, Turbine which give better performance with lower intake air temperatures. With improved air circulation and the better working conditions even the human productivity and behavior improves positively.
The Ecoventilators are most cost effective substitute to the exhaust fans which continuously gulp the electric power and also have maintenance problems.
Energy savings by installation of Eco Ventilators are as follows:The translucent venturi dome of ECOVENTILATOR has dual benefit. Firstly it allows daylight to be spread without any direct sun thus reducing the lighting load during the day time and secondly, the venturi enhances the velocity head so that even at no wind conditions it will rotate the profiled turbo vanes. The rotation induces ventilation because of the natural upward thermal currents and centrifugal force created by the Ecoventilator’s circular motion which creates a centrifugal force to exhaust the hot gases through the Ecoventilator’s vane openings.
It may be possible to stop exhaust fan (0.5 HP to 2.0 Hp) depending on criticality. Total saving by switching off Exhaust fans for 24 Hrs & Lights for 10 Hrs can be calculated.
Fall in temperature under the shed also results in the improved performance of the volumetric compression machines like Air Compressors, DG sets and Turbines. It also results in improved air circulation and better working conditions. Better working conditions improve human productivity and behaviour, as recommended in ISO 14000 & also under safety, health and environment.
