What is your strategy to expand business for existing product range?
Nikitha being, a one stop solution for construction of pre-engineered buildings including civil works which has an in-house ‘State of Art’ manufacturing facility at Tumkur, has always been expanding with hi-tech manufacturing facility. The company is working on latest technology Standing Seam Roof Technology by avoiding screw-down roofing systems which provides waterproof roofing. It is working towards latest technology for faster construction with lighter gauge steel LGS and dry wall system especially for up to three storied commercial spaces, site offices & residential buildings etc. Finding new business areas, managing positive relations with existing clients, by catering their needs time to time.

What are the challenges you see are faced by the industry in dealing with upcoming demand and supply?
The challenges include, work force management and shortage of skilled labors, which we overcome by proper training programs, the upcoming inflation in steel and other metal industries, shorter lead time and technology adoption.

You provide end to end solutions. Can you elaborate on that?
We design, manufacture, supply and erect (PEB) pre-engineered buildings. It can be fitted with different structural additions like: mezzanine floors, fascia, canopies and crane systems as per client’s requirements. We execute projects on turn-key basis which includes civil construction, Structural glazing, electrical, plumbing and sanitary and developmental works. We offer quality and timely delivery to our clients and we provide all support related to the work and projects. Our mission is to create value for our customers through products services and innovative work.

What is your company’s outlook for 2022?
In current growing atmosphere looking at the huge potential for PEB and as already Nikitha Build–Tech Pvt Ltd is known for its innovation & adoptability of Technology regularly. Nikitha has various plans of expansion in its capacity building up to 200 per cent with hi-tech facility including backward integration so to become the market leaders in the PEB with turnkey projects in the construction industry.
