Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt Ltd, one of the leading construction equipment manufacturers in India, has recently conducted a customer meet in Mumbai under its “Sparsh” initiative.
The event was organised between 3rd and 5th September at the company’s Head Office in Andheri, Mumbai. The new series of machines including bar bending and cutting machines, SRP and hoists were at display. As the response was tremendous, Spartan had to repeat the event on 11th and 12th September. The meet was attended by around 500 people and 200 companies across Mumbai and suburbs.

“We had privilege to attend to varied positions of people, right from the operators to Managing Directors, VPs and senior P&M professionals. We found many customers quite curious about the machineries and they were happy to receive the information on each machine,” said Vikram Mehta, Managing Director, Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt Ltd while commenting on the success of the event.

He adds, “The objective was to introduce and explain the customers about our newly launched machineries, but the prime idea was to interact with the whole industry, hear about their feedback on various aspects of machines, customer care, spares, sales team and their satisfaction level and we were happy to receive positive feedback.”

At the event, a process was built and brainstormed for attending their concerns. They were taken through product presentations. “The whole event went on successfully and we were pleased to get the right feedback about the machineries form the right people and at the right time. We thank all the customers to attend the event and for their valuable time and feedback,” Vikram Mehta acknowledged.

Creative uniqueness
Spartan has launched an advanced and re-engineered range of construction equipment. To avoid any misuse of the identity and various malpractices, the company has branded the new products with unique names. Now the latest and advanced series of bar bending and bar cutting machines from Spartan will be called as ‘Gladiator’ series; man and material hoists will be ‘Aviator’ series; series of rope suspended platforms will be termed as ‘Sky Climber’ series; and tower cranes will be known as ‘Hercules’ series. “The new series are the most advanced machineries with unique and path breaking safety features and operations. The machines come with envious aesthetics and are unique in all senses,” Vikram Mehta said. The company displayed the newly launched products to its customers during the “Sparsh” meet in Mumbai.

The success of the Sparsh Customer Meet in Mumbai has inspired Spartan to conduct similar events at its other regional offices in India. It has conducted similar events in Ahmedabad on 29th and 30th Sept and Delhi on 7th to 10th October. Same events are planned for Jaipur on 16th and 17th October, Pune on 23rd and 24th October, Bengaluru between 29th and 31st October, Chennai on 4th and 5th November, Hyderabad on 13th and 14th November and in Kolkata on 30th November and 1st December.
