  UNIPAVE is a renowned brand in paver finisher manufacturing industry. Since its inception in 1979, UNIPAVE has provided superior quality paver machines to its customers and always thrives for customer satisfaction.  “We have an ultimate range of paver finishers which makes us different from other manufacturers in India. UNIPAVE claims to be the first Indian company to have manufactured crawler mounted paver which can lay roads up to 9 metres, at a stretch. It is manufacturing paver finishers which are approved by ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India), which helps its customers to satisfy project tender requirements.

In 1996, first hydrostatic drive paver (sensor pave) finisher machine model ESP-05 was launched. It has rewritten the history of successful and captured wide market with its presence in multiple States of India. This model was gradually revived and upgraded looking over customers’ requirements. ESP-05 is equipped with below specifications:
• Engine: Kirloskar make 125 hp engine which follows BS-III standard. A latest engine technology which gives great performance at low fuel cost. Engine is easily accessible for daily maintenance like checking engine oil, coolant water level, engine suction filter etc.
• Screed: Screed has basic width of 2.5 metres, which can be hydraulically extended up to 4.5 metre and further bolt on extension up to 5.5 metre. It also has screed heating, vibration and tamping facility.
• Hydrostatic transmission: Two speed reduction gearbox to achieve low speed for paving and high speed for travelling.
• Conveyors: Two pallet conveyors with hardened steel chain provide the material to two sets of augers which spreads material on both sides. Hydraulic drive for conveyor and auger, for smooth operation and low maintenance. Each of the pallet conveyors can be controlled independently from the operator’s seat.
• Material laying capacity: 300 TPH.
• Material suitability: ESP-05 can pave bituminous, wet mix, GSB, DLC and DBM materials.
• Hooper: Movement of the two hoppers is obtained by means of hydraulic cylinder operated independently by simple switches in control panel. Hopper city 4.25 cubic metres.
• Thickness and level controls: Auto and manual mode compatible. In auto mode, electronic sensors control the grade and slope of laid surface. It can be accurately controlled as per job requirements. Electronic sensor of MOBA, Germany (imported) is used.
• Brakes: Brakes can be operated by pushing pedals provided near both the operator’s seats. The safety brakes are acting on the speed shaft, which are coupled to the drive wheels.
• Operator seats: Double.
• Control panel: One sliding type operator panel with all controls and easily accessible from operator seats. Two fix consoles on screed for screed adjustments.
• Front wheels: Four solid rubber tyres of size 550 mm x 175 mm are mounted on front bogie. Two on either side on equaliser beam to ensure maximum floatation and equal weight distribution.
• Rear wheels: Four pneumatic tyres of size 10.00 x 20 are mounted. Two on either side on equaliser beam to ensure maximum floatation and equal weight distribution.
• Shutters and maintenance: Shutters are provided on two side of machine which can easily be opened for easy inspection and maintenance of the machine. Special care has been taken to keep maintenance parts on left side of machine so that maintenance on road can be safe.
