PUF wall panels are fixed on to the runners or sub girts or directly on to the columns with joints over lapped and shall be fastened using hot dipped zinc coated self drilling hexagonal fasteners of suitable length. PU wall panels shall be either installed horizontally or vertically to suit customer requirements. The edges and connection location shall be covered with suitable capping and flashing profiles.

Ceiling installation

PUF panels are installed as ceilings with necessary support beams including rods with turn buckle height adjustment system and flashings. The joints of the ceilings panels are provided with PU insulation and provided with flashing on top and bottom. The profiled bottom flashing is provided with cushioning layer of PU to avoid direct conduction of heat.
