LIVE DEMO on green foundry at Coimbatore
DISA India has organised a Live Demo of DISA cartridge filter (eS series) for fettling application at Aquasub Engineering followed by a technical session on “Intelligent Energy Efficient Solution to Fettling Air Pollution” at Coimbatore on 21st April. The event was well attended by 75 participants from 34 foundries situated in and around Coimbatore. Sathyamurthi C, General Manager at Aquaaub Engineering joined the technical session as the Chief Guest and expressed his views towards “Going Green” and “Necessity of Clean and Healthy Working Environment” for all the foundry men. The message was well received by all the participants and everyone lauded his efforts in bringing the necessity of installing dust collectors in foundries to maintain healthy and clean working environment. Joydip Ghosh, Vice President, DISA India with M Dakhani and Rajeswar Roy made technical presentations. Mr. Elango with his team (F-Care) were the principal architect for organising this event in Coimbatore.
Tech session on shot blasting and shot peening at Phagwada
Wheelabrator India has organised a symposium addressing the need of shot blasting and shot peening for the Forging Industry at Phagwada on 22nd April. The event was attended by 34 participants including important officers and decision makers from 6 companies. Jagadish Kulkarni, Vice President, W&A Sales, DISA India made a corporate presentation followed by Sanjay Purohit, Head W&A Sales (North), who made a technical presentation on shot blast and shot peening equipment and related case studies. The Q&A session was interactive and the users came out with the real issues faced by them which were addressed by team Wheelabrator.
Participated in 4th India Industrial Fair, Rajkot
DISA India participated in the 4th edition of India Industrial Fair held at Rajkot from 26-29 April. India Industrial Fair is a major industrial event organised by Laghu Udyog Bharti to encourage MSME sector in India. Inaugurating the event Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said, “Saurashtra region has been traditionally known for its small and medium scale industries, like Rajkot for kitchenware, foundry, machine tools and furniture, Morbi for tiles and clocks and electronic goods, Jamnagar for brass parts and Alang for ship-breaking.” He further informs that his government will shortly make industrial estate functional along the Saurashtra coast, exporting directly from such estates and also keen to activate single window facility for entrepreneurs setting up industries. DISA India stall was visited by many existing foundry customers, small and medium foundries and other general industries.
In addition to the symposium and exhibition participation, DISA India has organised maintenance training programmes for ARPA/sand plant, MATCH machines and SBM/DES at Kolhapur, Indore and Pune in April and the same was well attended by DISA customers in respective regions.
