Spectec Innovative Buildings is the manufacturer of metal building systems in India, and the product range includes metal roofing and wall cladding systems.
 
Spectec Innovative Buildings profiles are available in both ribbed and flat panels to give a variety of finishes for attractive roofing and cladding for domestic, commercial and industrial application.
 
The Pre-Engineered metal buildings consists of all components required to construct the primary and secondary farming (including the wind bents, wall / roof purlins) plus the wall & the roof sheets profile with or without insulation (optional internal liners in metal sheets are available). All necessary bolts, screws, sealants, & the trim pieces for field assembly of the building are furnished & no welding is required at site.
 
Primary Steel:
All Primary Steel members shall be solid web built up section manufactured out of 250/345 Mpa grade steel plates confirming to relevant IS standard.
 
Cold Formed Section:
These shall be Z/C shaped Cold Formed Section out of 250/345 Mpa steel strips minimum I.75-2.3mm thick conforming to IS 513/801.
 
All necessary bolts, screws, sealants, & the trim pieces for field assembly of the building are furnished & no welding is required at site.
 
The PEB system is of four standard types:
•           Clear Span Building
•           Multi Span Building
•           Space Saver Building
•           Lean To Building
 
Loads Design & Fabrication:
All the Steel components of building are designed & fabricated as per American standard, and 14:875.
 
Products:
HI- Rib and Klippon are developed to provide permanent solution for roof and side walls of industrial as well as commercial building.
 
Materials:
Spectec Innovative Building profiles are available in the following materials:
•           55% AI-ZN coated sheet with ant fingerprint coatings (e.g. galvalume®, zincalume®, aluzinc®, glume etc.)
•           AZ -150Gms, 550Mpa, with colour coating of SMP/XRW.
•           Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel With polyester coating, 120 Gms, 240 Mpa.
 
Spectec Innovative Building Profiles:
A ) Hi-Rib Profile: Hi-Rib Profile is developed to provide scientific solution for roof and side walls of industrial as well as commercial buildings. Hi-Rib is provided with a precisely engineered wide Rib & Flute design to ensure wide spanning & quick recovery after being subjected to excessive loads.
 
B ) Klippon Profile: Kippon is stiffened trapezoidal profile with wide spanning and excellent water sheding capability. It is suitable for roofing application on very long roofs down 2° pitch.
Its bold profile and board flat outline makes a strong and striking appearance.
