Qualifications: Masters in Civil-Structural Engineering, Chartered Engineer from the Institution of Engineers (India). Recipient of the Institution of Engineers (India) Chartered Engineer GOLD MEDAL awarded by the President of India in 1975 and Babu Ganpat Rai GOLD MEDAL of Delhi College of Eng, Univ. of Delhi, awarded by the Vice-President of India-cum Vice-Chancellor of Delhi Univ. for M.E. (Civil- Structural Eng.) in 1977.
 
Vast Experience: Over 35 years of design and execution of industrial/ commercial/ institutional/tall multi-storied complexes/ pre-engineered buildings in India and abroad. He has also added to his credit many pre-engineered industrial/warehouse/commercial/office & rooftops steel buildings in India.

Design Engineering & Erection: NiSA Metal Buildings Design department is supported by a team of high caliber professionally qualified and experienced engineers, CADD professionals and senior estimators. NiSA metal buildings are brought to you at your doorsteps with amazing speed and quality. Our buildings are guaranteed for life time safe performance and designed and tailed using best of international, American and Indian standards manuals of practice.
 
Steel Fabrication: To add further to our strength and expertise, we have a team of professionally qualified associates having state of the art SAW Welding and Quality fabrication and CAM facilities with proven experience in pre-engineered steel buildings components fabrication. On our panel are also ISO 9001 certified fabricators with over 15,000 sq. m of fully equipped fabrication yard to cater for 300-350 MT steel fabrication per month. We perform in-house testing on welding quality and material strength to ensure quality production complying with American/International standards and Indian standards, as applicable.
 
Unlimited Choice Of Roof & Wall Cladding  Sheets & Metal Building Accessories: To make our buildings beautifully clad finished and give our client and architects a wide choice of finishing materials, we offer almost all available varieties  of  roof & wall cladding profiled sheets, insulated panels, liner panels, false ceiling systems, louvers, ventilation systems and all other metal building accessories under one roof . We prefer to use AZ150 Galvalume steel Hi-Rib profiled sheeting for roofing and cladding complying international/ American standards with a minimum material guarantee of 15-20 years. On specific request we also offer Indian brands of zinc coated galvanized  pre-coated steel sheets complying Indian Standards specifications. We offer both self-drilling screw fastened sheeting system and concealed clip fixing system, depending upon the client’s choice. Also, we offer state-of-the-art (without end laps) on-site Roll-Formed continuous roof sheeting up to 60 m length, not normally available with other PEB suppliers.
