Block Making Machine
Cosmos Make Block Making Machine are very useful and easy to use on site. It helps to increase the production as well as produce quality Cement Block. There are various types of machines to suite your requirements.        
           
This machine is very useful for mass production of Blocks. This has an autoramming mechanism powered by 2 H.P. single phase motor. The block ramming is achieved with rapid impact of 90 strokes / min. During ramming the mould is vibrated vigorously by a vibrator powered by 1 H.P. single phase motor
           
This machine is designed for higher production of Cement Blocks. Machine does not need pallets to support Blocks. The mould is vibrated and a heavy tamper drops on the Block. Plain surface is required to produce these Blocks.   
 
Hydraulic Concrete Block Laying Machine     
Any type of ram and mould can be produced for manufacturing various types of concrete blocks.Recommendation mix Ratio – 1:3-6 I.E. 1 part of cement 3 parts of washed sand & stone dust – 6 – parts of 6 mm and 12 mm aggregate
Water cement Ratio for mix – 0.4 to 0.5
Curing time for concrete blocks – 21 days and dying time 5 days rubber pipes or sprinklers can be used for curing
Casted blocks can be shifted from platform after 20 hours.
