“Timeliness to repair and deliver the vehicle to a customer in agreed time is basic to customer satisfaction as it directly correlated to their productivity. The best practices as packaging parts and labour with essential repairs and comprehensive service program including weekly, monthly and annual services for regular maintenance are recommended by Rama Rao. He also said, “Driver productivity and awareness is also the key element in preventive maintenance.
