What is your expectation from the EXCON ’19?
Excon is India’s largest construction equipment and machinery exhibition.  This is our first association with Excon, and we are expecting a great show. Excon is also the right platform to meet prospective clients, meet existing customers, attend conferences by industry experts, and interact with the who’s who of the CE sector. It has emerged as the most sought-after platform where manufacturers, suppliers, customers, government bodies, and other stakeholders gather to understand current business needs, view world-class machinery, solutions and strategies that will drive infrastructure growth of the country.

How do you respond to the market, what are the USP of your products that allows you to stand tall?
We are market leaders when it comes to entrance automation and loading bay equipment’s. Our customers across industries trust our products, our innovative design and inbuilt modern technology. The satisfaction of our customers and repeat orders from them speaks for itself about our consistency, maintain standards and innovations. Looking at the market opportunities, what are your focus areas?
Entrance Automations and Loading Bay Equipment are closely related to the construction industry. The emerging trends which are becoming very popular are remote operated high-speed doors and rolling shutters; the challenges here are sustainability and access. The opportunities to the Indian Industry with automation is to maintain an efficient production cycle, safe inventory, Cutting-edge technology, speed of movement, functionality and safety     are the must-haves for this line of Gandhi automations products. If we add the high quality of personalization and design, they become unique elements necessary for daily logistics operations and for the visibility of customer identity.

The material handling industry is responding with new equipment, technology, and systems that enable complete supply chain visibility, thus allowing customers to see how their investments are impacting their overall operation.
The demand for material handling automation and equipment has increased exponentially over the past few years.

Since 1996 Gandhi Automations Pvt Ltd has held a leadership position in manufacturing as well as exporting, distributing and installing Entrance Automation Systems and Loading Bay Equipment that are problem free and easy to operate.

2019 till now was once again a good year for Gandhi Automations. We strengthened our position as the market leader with strong growth for electromechanical products, new smart and sustainable access solutions and acquisition of 19 companies. We continued our operational efficiency initiatives and accelerated our innovation efforts during the year. Sales increased with organic growth of 5 percent driven by strong growth in India, South East Asia, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

What are the new product launches you have planned for Excon 19?
We have made significant improvisations and innovations to our loading bay equipment range of products as well as high speed doors.  The following products are new:

Forklift Roll-off Barrier lip Dock Leveler
Forklift lift barrier lip roll-off dock leveler is designed and built to provide all the benefits of the series hydraulic dock leveler with the additional benefit of providing a formidable barrier. Dock Leveler with Forklift Roll-off Barrier Lip protects closed overhead doors from impact damage and prevents accidental forklift roll-off when the overhead door is open and no trailer is stationed at the dock in the parked position.
