Godrej Properties has finalised agreements to embark on a significant township venture in North Bengaluru, employing a profit-sharing model.

Spanning approximately 62 acres, the land is strategically positioned in a prime locale of North Bengaluru. Envisioned to yield approximately 5.6 million square feet of saleable space, the project will predominantly feature upscale residential apartments of diverse configurations. Targeting discerning customers seeking a sophisticated living environment coupled with contemporary amenities and cutting-edge design, the development is poised to meet elevated lifestyle expectations.

The site’s advantageous location boasts exceptional connectivity to key destinations such as the Kempegowda International Airport, forthcoming metro station, burgeoning residential and commercial hubs, Special Economic Zone, and essential social infrastructure. Furthermore, it enjoys convenient access to the 8-lane Highway linking to the Central Business District and other pivotal areas of Bengaluru via the Outer Ring Road – Hebbal corridor.

Although Godrej Properties secured the land, including these 62 acres, through a sale agreement in 2014, development initiation was delayed. However, recent months have seen the crystallisation of this development opportunity, with Godrej Properties gearing up to unveil the initial phase of construction in the upcoming fiscal year.
