Our Electric Loader HNL 55 EL, with a payload of 5500 kgs, comes with a varied choice of CATL batteries suitable for different working conditions. It’s smooth, efficient, extremely cost-effective, and green. With fewer parts, we will have fewer breakdowns and, hence, enhance efficiency.

THE CATL battery we provide is the best available in the market. It charges in 1.5 hours and is good to give a backup of about 8 hours. Hence, it can be used for all three shifts in a day. With a 4000 charging cycle life, we can expect a battery life of 30000 hours.

How do you see your range of Electric Equipment becoming the choice of your customers in the future?

With the shift from traditional IC Engine to EV, we shall offer the widest range of Material Handling & Construction Equipment. With the operation cost of diesel-operated equipment going higher and the implementation of stringent norms on Engine manufacturers in the near future only resulting in higher Capex & Op-ex costs, the demand for green technology equipment, which has a very low O & M cost, would become the choice of equipment in the future.

What role does JEPL’s “Make in India” alignment and SOCMA’s updated technology play in driving the adoption of high-capacity electric machinery as efficient alternatives to traditional IC machines?

We will manufacture the machines in India; JEPL is aligned with India’s “Make in India” vision and is a “Start-Up India” registered company. We intend to start assembling operations by the End of FY 25-26

With Diesel being 65% of the operation cost of equipment shifting to battery-operated machines, customers will have a big saving even after paying extra for the battery machine. The elimination of Engine & transmission drastically reduces the number of moving parts and will also cut down on the requirements of after-sales parts, thus ending up in huge savings for the customers in the long run.
