MEC SHOT has inducted latest technology and improved the quality of Shot Blasting Machine Tumblast type generally produced in the market. The Shot Blasting Machine has a powerful Blast Wheel station suitable to volume of the work pieces to be tumbled, the blast wheel is directly mounted on shaft of motor, so that of shots with higher velocity can be propelled per HP ultimately this higher kinetic energy imparted to the surface of the work pieces generating better blast clean finish and less maintenance providing less force and time of shots to be in contact with blades. The Blast Wheel assembly contains hard alloy steel wheel blades, which are taper lock type. The work cabinet of the machine is fully lined with Manganese steel tiles along with the barrel heads, which drive the tumbling belt. The door of cabinet pneumatic operated cylinder for automated opening and closing of the same as per logic relay control panel or PLC.  A shot replenishes device is fitted on the abrasive recycling system, this devise automatically adds the abrasive as and when there is shortage of abrasive in the storage hopper to feed wheel without any striving. 
 
An effective air dynamic separation system is also one of the subassemblies of the abrasive recycling system, which constantly air washes to clean abrasive. The vertical panel with all controls is provided and the panel can be positioned as per requirement of the customer. The main cabinet with abrasive recovery and cleaning system is connected through duct either with reverse pulse jet type or mechanical shaker type Fabric Filter Bag of dust collection unit with exhaust fan, which provide require suction power to the blast cabinet and abrasive recovery unit. The machine can be further automated by providing program logic controller (PLC).
