Cement Paving Blocks, Sand Stones, Marble Panels are required roughness on one side either for good bonding strength or esthetic look after laying on the Road Side Pavements & Room flooring.Mec Shot has recently designed & manufactured new Shot Blasting Conveying Machine for Cement Concrete Interlocking Paving Blocks/Sand Stone/Marble Panels. Shot Blasting is a mechanical surface preparation process or technique to improve the bonding strength of Cement Concrete Interlocking Paving Blocks by blasting with small balls. Roughness is formed on the surface of the Paving Blocks by the striking tinny spherical balls.
 
The Paving Blocks/Sand Stones Panels kept on the roller conveyor for automatic blasting. The Cement Blocks pass through inward tunnel and enter into the blasting chamber for surface preparation. The blast wheels are stationed strategically around the cabinet fires shots on the Cement Blocks. The Cement Blocks moves forward and exit into outlet tunnel after duly blasted & air washed with air blower fans.
