Outinord was incorporated in India in 2013. Initially started with trading business.  Later in July, 2018, Outinord started with its manufacturing plant in India.  This is second manufacturing unit of Outinord in the world. Outinord range of products suite for different type of projects, such as, wall forms, column forms, circular forms, safety platforms, adjustable column forms, specialized formwork for infrastructure projects that are custom built to suite client requirement.  Some of the product range is also made available to our client on rental basis.

In 2015, Outinord received their first confirmation from Playtor Child spaces, for their housing project in Karegaon Pune.  It was a low cost project focusing on mass housing catering to the people working in and around MIDC Ranjangaon.  There were total 18 building of 1 BHK and 2 BHK, some with 5 floor and balance 7 floor.  This was a show case project where Outinord had procured standard tunnel panel from USA and the non-standard material from France.

Playtor Childspaces aims at creating communities in the outskirts of major metropolitan cities of India.  Sprawling across 13 acres, Playtor Ranjangaon features award-winning designs, conceptualized by Architect Hafeez Contractor, that are airy and modern. However, the true selling point of the property is its extreme proximity to the Ranjangaon industrial hub at Karegaon. Viraj Project India Pvt. Ltd, was appointed as the contractor for the execution of this project. Viraj had ordered the tunnel formwork to Outinord, and Outinord had helped Viraj to achieve one day cycle by training their Indian Team.

Outinord had deputed one technician on the site for installation of Tunnel formworks. During the construction, Outinord had achieved the one day cycle. On the completion of the project, Playtor lifespace Pvt Ltd. were been awarded for the “Best Project In EWS – Category in the State of Maharashtra from Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State (Independent charge) Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India 2019.
