Pranav Construction Inaugurates New Formliners Plant
 
Construction major Pranav Construction inaugurates new formliners plant in Badlapur, Maharashtra. According to the Company, it is the India’s largest formwork plant with annual capacity of 45,000mt. Pranav construction takes variety of projects from Metros, Airport, Bridges, Flyover, Residential, Commercial structures etc. Pranav has also launched a new product decoform on the same day. Sushil Sahani, Director of Pranav Construction describes a whole new standard for aesthetic surfaces in infrastructure and buildings across India. He said, “Worldwide, the construction industry is rapidly moving into a highly aesthetic zone, with architects and planners giving special attention to the finish and the final look of the structures and projects”. According to Mr. Sahani, the Company has already accomplished many prestigious like Dubai Metro, Bangalore International Airport, Palm Jebel Ali-Dubai, Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Doha Fly over in Qatar, Chennai Bypass Flyover, Indiabulls & Adani (SEZ) etc.
 
Pranav’s decoform formliners are manufactured from liquid moulding materials made of cold rubber. This rubber can be used in making formliners to design any size & shape and produce textures on concrete surfaces. The formliners support pre-cast as well as in-suit applications. Pranav construction is going to use this decoform in its upcoming projects such as Mumbai Metro Flyover and Bangalore Metro to beautify these projects.
 
The Decoform elastic formliner system offers ideal possibilities to meet the highest quality requirements for finished and “as struck” concrete surface. High flexibility, elasticity and durability allow multiple damage-free stripping and release to the concrete and give an exact re-production of any patterned or textured surface. Decoform fromliners can also be used with self-compacting concrete fiber reinforced concretes such as glass fibers, polypropylene etc.
