What can we expect from you at bauma CONEXPO India 2018?
As an exhibitor, we have lined up some plans for bauma CONEXPO India 2018 this year also. bauma is the right platform to introduce our existing and new technologies to serve construction industry and meet valuable business partners.

Are any new products or innovations going to be unveiled?
Yes. Our products are specially known for innovative design and customisation. As one of the leading manufacturers; we have planned to show some new customised Suspended Platforms, new designs of Mini Lifts, Bar Bending-Cutting machines and some new products too. We are dedicated towards upgrading machines and see opportunities to better serve the construction industry.

What will encourage your customers to most prefer your equipment while buying?
New Age believes in customised solutions for rope suspended platforms to cater its clients with higher safety features. The custom-shape suspended platform is a kind of non-standard suspended platform with special specifications and it is tailored to meet the requirements for higher productivity and efficiency which encourage customers to prefer our equipment while buying. For example; our Square-shaped RSP for lift shafts or ducts and Round-shaped RSP for Chimney internal working were first time introduced in India by us. We also take responsibility towards safety and reliability of machines.
Our sales, services and design team works jointly and dedicated to focus on R&D. The team visits the sites and provides overall project solutions and arrangements for external paintings and facade works. We have strong service team across India. Machines are covered under warranty and free services for one year. We also provide AMC. We have a separate team for spare parts arrangement and on-site delivery. We are confident to have the biggest service team size and providing fast services across India.

How favourable are present market conditions for the segment?
We are growing since 2011, every year. The year 2018 has also added some new markets, new recruitments, new products line, bigger team size and some new customers’ segment also. We are also entering into industrial solution with customised Suspended Platforms. Not only in construction industry but cement factories, wind mills, power plants are also accepting our machines. Now, people are more confident about the new technologies and safety. Bamboos and other unsafe mechanisms are replaced by Rope Suspended Platforms now. The painting contractors, civil contractors, facade contractors, builder segments and rental companies are regularly entering into this safe and reliable mechanism for external solution so the market would be lucrative even after three or five years.
