Schwing Stetter launches XCMG excavator range

Schwing Stetter India (SSI) announced the launch of its new generation of XCMG crawler hydraulic excavators – XE80C, XE140I and XE215C – in Chennai. VG Sakthikumar, Managing Director of SSI, unveiled the three new machines. SSI is one of India’s leading concreting equipment manufacturers.

The crawler hydraulic excavator is used in industries such as construction, excavation, earthwork, mining, quarry, roads and in applications in industries such as forestry, recycling, demolition, lakes, river cleaning and underwater applications.

This range of excavators is expected to find great utility at construction and mining sites in India aiding in easier and safer construction practices. The crawler hydraulic excavators are customised with a high-power XCMG’s proprietary matching technology. The machines have undergone several extensive trials to meet the industry requirements of smart, efficient products and thus deliver excellent performance, intelligent control, high-performance slewing bearing,energy saving, reliable and durable X-frame, comfortable and safe operation, and convenient maintenance.

With the new launch, Schwing Stetter plans to consolidate its share of the XCMG excavator market in India and extend its reach to other developing rural markets globally.
