Can you walk us through some of your important fastener and roofing screw offerings, as well as their features? 

SDHP Fasteners are made entirely by hand in a Taiwanese plant. The entire operation follows AS3566 guidelines. No corners are made during the manufacturing process, and strict quality control measures are followed. This allows us to pay close attention to detail, provide excellent customer service, and provide world-class products. 

What is SDHP’s production capacity and infrastructure? 

SDHP’s manufacturing infrastructure is widespread with a productive 3000 squaremeter production area. In addition, a packaging and warehouse facility of 4,500 square metres is available. The monthly production capacity is around 400 metric tonnes. Where are SDHP products utilised in India and abroad? SDHP’s goods are widely used throughout India, and we work with a wide range of clients. Small roofing fabricators, mid-level PEB enterprises, and major PEB and roofing companies are among SDHP’s Indian clients. When it comes to overseas activities, we have offices in Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. 

What products and services do you provide to the construction and PEB industries?

SDHP Fasteners provides clients with skilled assistance as well as on-site awareness and education on the proper selection and installation of screws. Finer details, such as the precise installation of the end product using a variety of methods, including drilling, are also highlighted. We also get information on fastener design and building regulations for PEB construction, as well as keeping up with market demands. 

Could you inform us about your dealer network and distributorship? 

Every state in India has SDHP distributors that work in tandem with local dealers. SDHP Fasteners may be found at most hardware stores, profile sheet dealers, nut/bolt dealers, and hand tool merchants throughout India. Our products are also available in some of India’s most remote areas. 

What is your after-sales service like, and do you offer any advice? 

SDHP provides a complete after-sales service that includes on-site training for our customers on how to choose the right screw, where and how to use it, and how to drill and drive it properly. To assist with the selection, usage, installation, and maintenance of SDHP Fasteners, the company’s consulting offers videos, written instructions, demo packages, brochures, and sample boards.
