Vollert’s main products and services include high-end automated precast plants and machinery used in the precast concrete industry, along with stationary tilting tables, battery moulds, column and beam moulds, staircase moulds, and specially customized moulds for infrastructure projects. These machines reduce dependence on manual labour with fast turnaround times, and quality products, thereby improving productivity and efficiency in precast operations. Recently, we have done a major expansion at our manufacturing facilities near Greater Noida Sikandrabad, UP by adding the latest technology equipment to meet Indian and Global markets.

Which innovative formwork designs are in demand for structural precast elements?
The Indian construction industry is. transitioning from traditional cast-in-situ construction to offsite manufacturing of precast elements. Developers are establishing their captive 2D precast panel production facilities in cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, and the NCR. 3D modular formwork designs are gaining popularity, involving the production of three-dimensional modular units in a controlled factory environment before transportation to the site. These moulds are reusable without any repetition limitations and are in high demand for modular structural precast elements. The innovative formwork designs offer speed, efficiency, and accuracy in the precast production process.

What standards are followed to ensure high quality and efficiency in your products?
We follow product-specific standards for construction machines and implement stringent quality control processes, including laboratory testing, expert analysis, and Vollert’s own specifications. We also adhere to various standards such as IS, AWS, NBC, ASME, DIN, and ASTM to produce high-quality and efficient products.

Can you provide details on Vollert’s state-of-the-art construction products and solutions?
Vollert India offers state-of-the-art precast production solutions to its clients. These solutions include fully automated concrete plants that can produce precast walls, slabs, and other structural elements. Additionally, we offer semimechanised precast concrete production lines (TCT), stationary tilting tables, battery moulds, column/beam moulds, and staircase moulds. The company also provides customised mould solutions to meet the construction needs of different infra segments.

The newly expanded facility was made with due time and motion study to minimise material handling and energy losses.
