Biggest challenge or road block in the crushing and screening segment is, fulfilling the projects aggregate requirement within the stipulated time frame. As with all aspects, it’s a big challenge for us and to overcome these challenges we are planning in the initial stage to select the right crusher for right application while considering the existing feed materials that have to be processed for aggregate productions as per the project requirements. We also believe in the latest technology which are being used by different OEMs in the crushing and screening industries help us to get to the right solution for our aggregate requirements. 

Today, we are not able to get sufficient natural sand in many places in our country and due to insufficient supply availability of natural sand; this is basically an opportunity for manufacturing sand market. OEMs are really doing a lot of research and development on this particular sand manufacturing to get a better solution for the contractors for the company to ensure the manufacturing sand protections as per the project requirements. 

On a daily basis we are getting a lot of challenges on the time of aggregate productions and we are taking a lot of help from the OEM of the crushing and screening client to resolve these issues on day by day whenever we get some kind of problems. 

The main thing is quality, which is our top priority. So, during the aggregate productions we actually the challenging thing is quality. We can assure the quality but quantity along with quality is a big constraint and to meet the quality with quantity is definitely a big challenge for us and we are 100 percent ensuring the quality along with quantity. So, to get the quality product definitely a micro level of supervision is required at the time of production of the aggregate and for the same we have to ensure the quality according to the client. 

We need micro-level supervision during the entire production process as we need to ensure the quality in all our projects. And to ensure quality output in our projects, we need to deploy good amount of experienced manpower in our plant operation, as this could enable us to achieve the superior quality, and avoid mismatches and any issues that usually happens in a production unit. We, at GR Infra, value quality more than anything else, and we cannot compromise over the quality in our production facility; especially in the sand production. We, at GR Infra, use both wet and dry methods of sand production, and we have a lot of constraint for a sand production as we need to choose the crusher accordingly. And the selection entirely depends on the nature feed materials it is totally different and it totally depends upon the nature of feed materials. if once we select the questions and if data is changed during the production, it will create various challenges for us to deal with while producing quality sand. Crusher is the art of the road project and we cannot we cannot complete our project time on time without the proper planning of that.
