Pipe Jacking A man entry size Casing pipe to be pushed in embankment is lowered in jacking pit on jacking frame. Man goes inside the pipe, excavates the soil manually making a space for casing pipe which is pushed by hydraulic jacking unit upto receiving shaft.
 
Auger Boring machine cut the soil and make a hole to accommodate casing pipe to be pushed by hydraulic system. Bored soil stuff comes out with the rotation of screw conveyor.
 
Tunnel Boring is a mechanized large diameter pipe jacking system. A rotary cutting head driven by hydraulic motor having diameter little larger than the diameter of pipe to be pushed is rotated at front end. This will cut the soil, making a hole for pushing the pipe forward by hydraulic jacking rig. After reaching to the exit shaft, Tunnel boring head is removed.
 
Micro Tunneling Hydraulically driven cutting head followed by steel/concrete pipe is lowered on driving rig. Cutting head is rotated by hydraulic power which cuts the soil, water is pumped in at cutting head face, where bored soil is mixed with water making slurry. This slurry is pumped out in slurry tank using slurry pump. The casing pipe is pushed forward simultaneously with the help of hydraulic jacking rig.
 
Rock Excavation/ Concrete demolition without blasting & vibration constitutes a large portion of many infrastructure projects including Building Foundation, Road Building, and Tunneling etc. We have the latest technology equipments and skilled manpower to break rock/concrete of any strength without adopting traditional methods of blasting or hydraulic breakers. We adopt a total environment friendly approach with no vibration or noise.
 
Pneumatic Rock Boring Horizontal boring in rocky strata is performed by Pneumatic Rock boring machine. A large volume, high capacity air compressor is used to operate DTH hammer which cuts the Rock by percussive action making a horizontal hole from launching pit to receiving pit. Once a through hole is made, DTH hammer and boring rod is removed and then casing pipe is inserted.
 
CRS Rock Splitter is the latest technology for Rock Excavation/ Concrete Breaking in India. It is designed to demolish the rock & concrete economically and environment friendly means without blasting, dust, noise, vibration. By Traditional Demolition, 1) Blasting can produce huge quantity of demolition but incurs the safety problem. 2) Hydraulic Breaker can be safe but would sacrifice the production volume while causing environmental problems, – noise, dust, vibration. It is a very economical, high power, compact equipment with low noise and vibration- easily mounted on any excavator. It is used for medium length of tube and sheet piles.
 
AKCD Core Drill developed for silent drilling in the town and designed to be mounted on excavator as like hydraulic breaker by sharing the pipe line of attachment. It is used for Concrete Structure, Populous Area and where the environmental claim is high. The flexible system of it will allow to drill by its situation and they can move by different speed.
 
AKB Hydraulic Hammer secures long-hard striking and is designed for low maintenance. Quality material and tight-controlled processing system ensure reliability in performance. It is applicable to Asphalt Cutting & Removal, Frozen Soil, Light Concrete, Soft Rock, Hard Rock Primary Demolition, Reinforced Concrete, and Metallurgical Slag.
