Which hydraulic products are you planning to display at Excon? 

Prerak Enterprise is a manufacturer of High Performance Hydraulic Hose Assemblies with NABL accredited testing laboratory, Vide TC-9447, ranging in size from 1/4” to 2”, which are primarily used in excavators, mining machinery, construction machinery, and power pack units. We are going to display these sample assemblies for our targeted customers.

What are the key features of your products and solutions that make them smarter and greener? 

Our key features of our products are that we have our own hydraulic hose assembly testing rig to test the hose assemblies for proof pressure testing and burst testing as per International standard SAE J-343:2017 as well as IS 12092:1987 (RA – 2018), for which our testing laboratory is certified by ISO/IEC 17025:2017 as an NABL Accredited lab (Vide TC – 9447). And now we are also an authorised distributor for GATES India Private Limited for hydraulic and industrial hose. We also have DGMS approved hose for GATES Brands, specially called the mining series, and our NABL Accredited lab Vide TC–9447 certificate for our customers in the mining industries.

Please share what makes your products the most preferred in the segment. 

In the hydraulic hose assembly segment, the most important stage is testing, and without testing, hose assembly cannot be certified as OK for use. If the hose failure arises, the wastage of oil and time is drastic. So, The Prerak Enterprise has started this business with the predetermined mindset of hose assembly testing and we fulfil that idea with a Zero defect, Zero effect moto. For that, we have a state-of-the-art testing facility for testing the hose assembly up to 29000 PSI. This is what makes our product superior to others.

Please tell us about the latest innovations you have adopted recently. How is your organisation responding to the changing client requirements? 

First of all, our products are totally customised and as per the customers’ requirements only. So we plan and maintain our inventory according to that only. We have adopted one strategy of smart inventory in which we make a forecast of the required products and fix the reorder level, i.e., before the material is below our limit, we plan our orders. In the current scenario, we analyse the current customer needs in advance and procure the material in that manner only. 

Looking at the market trends in the construction and infrastructure segment, how do you plan to leverage this opportunity to expand your hydraulic business? 

As we have mentioned earlier, the Prerak enterprise is focused on quality only. And the current market is very particular about their products. And our USP is NABL Accredited testing hose assemblies, as shown in TC–9447. Our main achievement is to supply the highest quality products to the customer within a given time frame.
