Profile We are proud to be recognized as the Ashoka Group which grew from a small machine shop established in 1968, with concentration in manufacturing of open gearing and machining job work, into a multi-functional group of companies expanding its manufacturing range to a wide variety of core heavy duty industrial equipment such as ball mills, vertical shaft and rotary kilns, sugar crushing mills and stone crushers, crystallizers, centrifugal machines, filter presses, separators, material handling equipment such as bucket elevators, screw and belt conveyors, air slides, cane unloading, cutting and feeding machinery, fabricated storage hoppers & tanks, spare parts such as large diameter gears, gear reducers, pinion shafts, bull rings, rollers, kiln tyres, trunion bearings and a number of customized cast/forged components.
Location and Strength
Today, as an ISO 9001 concern, we undertake our production activities located in an around New Delhi (India) and spread into four self sufficient manufacturing units covering approximately 12,000 sq. yards of manufacturing area. Ashoka comprises of a dedicated and talented team of over 500 skilled personnel.
Clientele and Countries of Supply
We are at present catering to various industrial sectors including cement plants, sugar mills, fertilizer plants, steel rolling and processing plants, chemical processing plants, paper industry, rubber industry, construction industry and a number of Original Equipment Manufacturers domestically and internationally.
Ashoka has emerged as a growing exporter with 25% of its annual throughput being supplied to the foreign markets. The countries where our products are supplied to are USA, UK, South Africa and Bangladesh.

In addition to its equipment supply Ashoka is also a turnkey project undertaker, a complete solution provider with specialization in the field of small to medium scale cement plants. Supply of a limited type of Sugar Plants and steel rolling mills is also offered under the same roof. Ashoka undertakes activities relating to feasibility study, design engineering, equipment manufacturing and sub-contracting, erection & commissioning, post commissioning services etc. thereby offering a total solution to our valued customer.
Design Engineering
Technical competence results from the talents, knowledge and training of abundant human resources. Ashoka therefore utilizes experienced and well trained engineers in order to maximize expertise. Personnel from one of the best educational institutes hold the key positions. To match competitive requirements of the international markets latest upgradations and equipment advancements are incorporated in the designs. A close watch on the international advancements is kept so as to be in tune with the absolute latest. Special computerized design software, with newest versions, such as ProE and AutoCad are used for all drawings including equipment drawings, general arrangements and layouts, civil drawings, process flow sheets etc.
Our design and consulting team comprises of highly qualified individuals with many years of experience under their belt. The team is fully dedicated to achieve the best possible design suiting to the conditions where the plants is to be installed. Our drawings and designs are computer aided and proper analysis is carried out to assure best reliability and functioning.

Converting untouched open ground to a productive commissioned plant is the measure of the competence at Ashoka. And this is achieved through proper turnkey project management. Our company offers a self sufficient team of skilled and experienced personnel who are responsible for putting our machines into operation and handing a running plants key to the customer.
