CRIL subscribes to standardization process. However, designers are free to choose slop of their choice keeping factors like heat dissipation requirements, energy conservation and environmental factors in mind. Profile is suitable for adaptation to slope as designed.

These products are made out of most modern material like Polycarbonate, TPE and accessories/fittings with best steel sturdy enough to protect the police personnel from any stone or acid bulb and other harmful articles thrown by mob/public.
 
It does not protect the security personnel but enhances their moral to tackle the delicate and dangerous situations. Glass like Transparent Polycarbonate Riot shields is lightweight but tough and long lasting. It is shatterproof and splinter proof besides good fire rating (self extinguish).
