The Storage Systems Division of Conmat India is making ASRS, Drawer Racks, Drive Racks, Mobile Compactors and Two Tier Racks. Similarly, the Industrial Automation Division of the company produces Assly. Line  Conveyor, Modular Pipe omponents and Control System. The Material Handling and Storage System Division, manufacturing various items including Fork Lift, Pallet Flow Conveyor, Pull-out Racking and Trolley Lift.

Conmat Batching Plants equipping infrastructure with superior technology
Conmat is one of the fastest growing equipment manufacturers in India making Fully Automatic Concrete Batching Plants, Truck Mixers, Concrete Pumps and Concrete Paving Machines for canals & roads apart from Automated Material Handling Equipment & Storage Systems. The best part is that these systems are manufactured in collaboration with leading European and American firms. Such collaboration has enabled the firm to provide the requisite state-of-the-art technology for products like Automatic Concrete Batching Plant with 20 to 120 Cum./Hr. capacity. The crucial feature of Conmat Batching Plant is faster and easy erection and dismantling at site. It has all welded frame structure & comes fully assembled from factory in three parts. It can be installed with ordinary pick and carry crane requiring a few hours of installation and hence enabling the mobility while ensuring the performance of a stationary plant. While Conmat Batching plants require minimum maintenance, they are also sleekly designed to occupy minimum installation area.
 
Fixed form Concrete Cylinder Pavers from CONMAT
The company is the manufacturer of hi-tech mechanized in-situ concrete pavers upto 32 meter wide and 600 mm slab thickness for various applications including Airport runway, Taxiway, Apron, City roads, Parking lots, Bridge decks and Irrigation canals.
 
CONMAT  CE-200F Paver Finisher using 3 point finishing systems is designed to vibrate, consolidate and finish the concrete slabs with varying thickness of 1″ to 5″ with internal vibrator and 5″ to 9″ inbuilt Pan Vibrator and above 9″ to 24″ inbuilt Needle Vibrators are provided. The vibratory cylinder, supplied as a standard feature mounted on carriage moves transversely across the slab to be paved wherein the machine runs longitudinally over the pre-laid and leveled rail, kept just outside the side shuttering on either side.
 
The vibratory cylinder consists of a rotating extra long Screw Auger, rotating vibratory Cylinder and finishing trawler. The rotating Screw Auger serves the purpose of pushing and levelling the excess concrete for the cylinder to consolidate and finish. The cylinder ibrates and rotates with the frequency, amplitude and rpm adjusted to produce vibration equal to or more than the resonance frequency of green concrete providing optimum vibration to concrete before consolidation. The finishing trowel seal and texture the finished surface.
 
These members of the 3 point finishing systems work in conjunction to make an initial consolidation pass and a final finishing pass in each carriage cycle. The in-built Pan Vibrator or Needle Vibrators are electrically operated and mounted in front of Auger for imparting in-depth vibration to the slab.
