Our series of DM Plants (Two Bed & Mixed Bed units) are available in various sizes having cation and anion exchanger unit with 200 mm to 2000 mm diameter with either valves or multi port valve depending upon the sizes and customer requirement. In Two Bed DM Plant, Strong Acid Cation Exchanger and Strong Base Anion Exchanger resin are used for reducing Total Dissolved Solids up to 2 – 5 ppm. To check the treated water quality at the outlet, conductivity meter is provided. Degasification unit is also provided to decrease the load on Anion Unit. Mixed Bed Units are used in series with Two Bed DM Plant as a polisher unit which can produce treated water having conductivity < 1 mS/cm. Cation Polisher Unit is also available to achieve acidic water quality for specific applications. dm plant produce treated water having conductivity less than 10 mS/cm (for Two Bed) and less than 1 mS/cm with pH as desired.
 
Reverse Osmosis/ RO Plants:
We offer a wide range of Reverse Osmosis, which are available in the units ranging from 100 to 10000 LPH and more. These osmosis are also available in larger flows and can be handled with custom made designs. These are also designed using the State-of-the-art Reverse Osmosis Computer Software. Some of the Standard features includes Pre Micron Filter, High Pressure Pump, Stainless Steel Pressure tubes with Membranes, Electrical Control Panel with TDS meter and Wet Panel with Flow Indicators and Pressure Gauges, pressure switch and electrically driven solenoid valve, Pressure Regulator valve, Stainless steel 304 frame (Skid) etc. Seom of the Optional features include, Membrane cleaning system, Level switches, Low Pressure cut off switch, Automatic Fast rinse flush, Low pressure safety cut-off switch etc.
 
Water Softener:
Our company is engaged in the manufacturing of a wide range of softer, a series of water softening, which are designed to produce treated water to suit for various application. Treated water is of consistency quality with low residual hardness throughout the service cycle.
