How does the tipper body design vary according to the applications in construction aggregates and mining?

As I mentioned before, application plays the most vital role in tipper body design. It can vary on a number of factors like the environment in which the vehicle will function, like weight of the payload, temperature of the load, and efficiency and precision of the dump. The body is firstly designed lighter to reduce fuel consumption, but at the same time it is balanced according to the weight of the average expected load on the vehicle. The shape and dimensions of the body along with the thickness of the steel also depend on the afore-mentioned factors. 

For instance, the body of a tipper is made heavier and thinner for gravel type load for balance and lighter, and thicker for load like boulder, marble and rock. 

The tippers are deigned as open or closed for different natures of the load like closed style for garbage, tarp system for sand, and open for rocks, gravel and other construction materials.

How do you look at the business trend in the post-Covid scenario? 

It seems there is still some time and actions required for India to officially enter the ‘post-Covid’ scenario. With the signs of a potential third wave, the forecasting of the business trend seems to be premature as the situation is extremely volatile. There is a positive sign with the eased restriction and the upcoming festival season and we can only be prepared for either potential situation; positive or negative.
