Another feather on Everest Engineering’s hat

BG Shirke, Pune has given Everest Engineering the largest tower crane order of 40 units and put another feather on it’s hat. P.V. Ramdev, MD, Everest Engineering talks about his company’s latest achievement and new launches.

Very big Precast housing projects have started in Taloja (Maharashtra) by CIDCO and in Delhi by Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The contractor of this mass housing project BG Shirke, Pune has given Everest Engg the largest tower crane order of 40 units and put another feather on the company’s hat. These tower cranes are of 16t & 12t category from TOPSKY China. With this order, Everest Engg remains the largest tower crane supplier in to the precast sector in India with a population of 284 units of tower cranes.

This is the 8th repeat order from this customer from 2013, which proves our capability to execute mass machinery orders on time, maintain high quality, performance and safety along with smooth operations without any damages to the precast segments.

Everest maintains the highest safety in these tower cranes and provide anti collision system with zone protection with inbuilt SLI (Safe load indicator with controller). A team of 35 trained engineers and technicians ensure the proper and timely services under warranty or out of warranty.

These cranes are of flattop type with split type mast sections reduces the transportation cost. And fulfil the precast requirement of very easy Installation, dismantling and climbing system for fast shifting from one building to another building. These cranes are very economically priced to compete with the bidding process of the contractors.

GJJ men & material hoist, mast climbers
Everest Engg is still climbing with its sales of the best quality passenger hoist and platforms from GJJ. Everest has also sold many Industrial hoists for the Cement plants and power plants. GJJ hoist are now newly designed with Bi-directional busbar system, which eliminates the trailing power cables & trolley. These busbars are with special rollers and heavy copper contacts in a water proof & dust proof enclosure ensure the trouble free running for very long duration. GJJ is not charging any extra price for this bidirectional busbar system is the added advantage. A standard GJJ hoist is designed to go upto 550m of buiding height with various speeds of 46, 63, 96 and 120 m/min. GJJ mast sections are same for 1.2t, 2t even for various speeds gives additional advantage to the customers. Each wall tie distances are 9 ~ 10.5 proves the strength & stability of the GJJ structure comparing with other competitors.

Everest Engg has started selling the TYF high speed CNC rebar processing machines like Stirrup bender, Shear line, Double bender, cage making (columns, beams & pile cages), Lattice girder, Wire mesh welding, straightening & cutting.
