Making advantage

Designing is powered by Finite Element analysis (FEA), rapid prototyping, and 3D modelling. Artificial intelligence based reliability tests and laboratory based wear, fatigue and static tests are done on materials and components while manufacturing. Innovative materials and improved heat-treating process guarantee longer product life and superior quality. Fully automated production processes are controlled by Computer manufacturing technology systems.

Mining range

These products are suitable for the undercarriage needs of open pit mining, quarrying or earthmoving in large scale land reclamation. This includes complete line of undercarriage components, Dry, greased sealed and lubricated chain versions, artic version track chains, Forged shoes and track chains for special applications. Berco also offers BMR medium range of solutions for OEMs, the aftermarket, bulldozers, excavators and old machines

Under BMU mini undercarriage and utilities, quality products and services offered to mini excavators, horizontal drilling machines, small dozers or pavers. Berco can also supply a complete range of interchangeable components, for rubber track belts or traditional steel track chains.

Track systems

Berco supplies complete track systems like undercarriage components, hydraulics, frames and gearboxes, finished and ready for installation on machines directly on manufacturers’ own assembly lines.

Commenting on the financial performance goal for 2018, Sakthi Kumar said, “Our main goal is to improve our bottom-line matching with our peers. We are on track as of now and will continue to sustain and grow our foot base both in OEM and aftermarket sectors to make sure that We compete with market growth.”

Positive market outlook

After a temporary slowdown, the mining sector in India is on the road of recovery, opines Sakthi Kumar. He said, “Mining industry production restarted, the market sentiment is upright and especially the giant Coal India is in full swing. It is evident that mining is the main catalyst next to construction industry and it will give long-term growth origin in line with construction industry which is imminent.”
